    THIS IS A VERY DELICIOUS RECIPE AND A GREAT WAY TO USE PORK TENDERLOIN. YOU CAN ALSO GRILL THIS MEAT INSTEAD OF BAKING
    GRILL OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL MEAT IS DONE.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 POUNDS PORK TENDERLOIN
    • 12 OUNCES BLACK CHERRY SODA
    • 2/3 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
    • 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
    • 2/3 CUP PLUM JAM


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE SOY SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR AND JAM IN SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT. COOK UNTIL WELL COMBINED.
    2. PLACE SAUCE IN A ZIPPERED PLASTIC BAG WITH TENDERLOIN AND SODA
    3. PUT IN REFRIGERATOR AND LET SET FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS.
    4. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
    5. PLACE TENDERLOIN IN BAKING PAN. POUR MARINADE OVER, COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL MEAT IS DONE TO YOUR LIKENESS.
