    • 1/2 POUND NECK BONES
    • 1 MEDIUM ONION, QUARTERED
    • 1 TABLESPOON CRUSHED RED PEPPER
    • SALT TO TASTE
    • 2 CUPS COOKED RICE


    Instructions


    1. PLACE NECKBONES IN SAUCEPAN, COVER WITH WATER.
    2. ADD ONION, RED PEPPER AND SALT.
    3. COOK TILL BOILING. BOIL FOR 1 MINUTE. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER UNTIL DONE.
    4. ADD RICE AND COOK FOR 10 MORE MINUTES.
