- 1/2 POUND NECK BONES
- 1 MEDIUM ONION, QUARTERED
- 1 TABLESPOON CRUSHED RED PEPPER
- SALT TO TASTE
- 2 CUPS COOKED RICE
Instructions
- PLACE NECKBONES IN SAUCEPAN, COVER WITH WATER.
- ADD ONION, RED PEPPER AND SALT.
- COOK TILL BOILING. BOIL FOR 1 MINUTE. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER UNTIL DONE.
- ADD RICE AND COOK FOR 10 MORE MINUTES.
