- 5 POTATOES,PEELED AND QUARTERED
- 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
- 1 CAN MIXED VEGETABLES
- 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
- BRING A LARGE POT OF SALTED WATER TO BOIL. ADD POTATOES AND COOK UNTIL TENDER, ABOUT 15 MINUTES, DRAIN AND MASH, SET ASIDE
- COAT A 9X13 INCH BAKING DISH WITH COOKING SPRAY
- IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER MED. HIGH HEAT, COOK GROUND BEEF UNTIL BROWN. DRAIN. STIR IN MIXED VEGETABLES, SOUPS, SALT AND PEPPER AND HEAT THROUGH.
- POUR INTO PREPARED BAKING DISH.
- COVER WITH MASHED POTATOES.
- DOT WITH BUTTER.
- BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES. UNTIL POTATOES ARE GOLDEN, AND MIXTURE IS HOT AND BUBBLY.
