    • 1 CUP RICE
    • 8 PORK CHOPS
    • 1 LARGE CAN TOMATOES, CRUSHED
    • 3/4 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
    • 3/4 CUP ONIONS, CHOPPED
    • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED BELL PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. BROWN THE CHOPS, PUT IN BOTTOM OF ROASTER. MIX OTHER INGREDIENTS. POUR OVER CHOPS. COVER AND LET COOK FOR 45 MINUTES IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN. STIR RICE GENTLY AND COOK FOR 20 MINUTES LONGER
