- 1 CUP RICE
- 8 PORK CHOPS
- 1 LARGE CAN TOMATOES, CRUSHED
- 3/4 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
- 3/4 CUP ONIONS, CHOPPED
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED BELL PEPPER
Instructions
- BROWN THE CHOPS, PUT IN BOTTOM OF ROASTER. MIX OTHER INGREDIENTS. POUR OVER CHOPS. COVER AND LET COOK FOR 45 MINUTES IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN. STIR RICE GENTLY AND COOK FOR 20 MINUTES LONGER
