Purchase or make: One 9" Chocolate Cookie Crumb Crust
Filling
2 pints coffee ice cream, slightly softened
2 cups whipped cream
1/4 cup Kahlua
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Recipe
Place Pie Crust in the freezer to chill before adding the filling.
Place the softened ice cream in a large bowl. Work ice cream with a spoon before adding whipped cream. Gently fold in the 1 cup of the whipped cream and the Kahlua.
Pour filling in the chilled pie crust. Top with the remaining cup of whipped cream. Sprinkle the toasted almonds on top. Place in freezer for a least two hours or until serving time.
This pie can be made a day ahead and set out 15 minutes before serving.
