    • 1 CUP ORANGE JUICE
    • 1 TABLESPOON SOY SAUCE
    • 1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER,OR TO TASTE
    • 1 ENVELOPE DRY ONION SOUP MIX
    • 8 CHICKEN THIGHS


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
    2. IN A SMALL BOWL, STIR TOGETHER THE ORANGE JUICE, ONION SOUP MIX, SOY SAUCE, AND GARLIC POWDER, SET ASIDE.
    3. RINSE CHICKEN, AND PAT DRY. PLACE CHICKEN THIGHS INTO A 9X13 INCH GLASS BAKING DISH.
    4. POUR ORANGE JUICE MIXTURE OVER, BAKE,UNCOVERED, FOR 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES. BASTE EVERY 1/2 HOUR.
