    10 PADS OF CHICKEN WINGS(CUT OFF TIP ENDS)
    1/2 CUP OF BUTTER
    1/2 CUP OF LOUISIANA STYLE HOT SAUCE
    1/4 CUP OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR
    1/4 CUP OF SOY SAUCE
    3 1/2 TBSP OF BROWN SUGAR
    4 TBSP OF HONEY
    3 TBSP OF CELERY SEED (DIVIDED)
    2 1/2 TBSP OF LEMON JUICE
    2/3 CUPS OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
    1 1/2 TSP OF EACH SALT,PEPPER,PAPRIKA,AND CAYENNE PEPPER
    1 TSP OF GARLIC POWDER
    OIL FOR DEEP FRYING
    2 TBSP OF LEMON PEPPER ADDED TO THE SEASONING

    Cut wings into 3 sections, discard the tips if you wish.
    in a large sauce pan add butter, hot sauce, vinegar,
    soy sauce, and sugar and honey,2tbsp of the
    celery seed, and lemon juice just to a light boil. Reduce heat
    by half. mean while in resalable plastic bag combine flour,
    salt and paprika, cayenne pepper,
    garlic powder, and remaining celery seed and the lemon pepper.
    Add wings to the seasoning shake to coat real well. Cook in
    hot oil until done at 375 degrees.
    Drain on paper towels. Add sauce and start dipping.
