26 ounces Ore-Ida® Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
8 Slices Bacon Slices, chopped
Green Onion, chopped
8 ounces Swiss Cheese Shredded
4 Eggs
1 cup Half and Half
1/4 teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg Ground

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat about 8 minutes or until crisp. Drain bacon, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in pan.
Saute' onion in hot drippings over medium-high heat 1 minute. Remove from heat, and stir in potatoes and bacon. Spoon half of mixture into a lightly greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle with half of cheese, and top with remaining potato mixture.
Whisk together eggs, half-and-half, red pepper and nutmeg. Pour over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake 5 more minutes.
