- 1 BOX JIFFY CORNBREAD MIX ,COOKED
- 1 MED. BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED
- 2 LARGE TOMATOES, CHOPPED
- 1 LARGE ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 PKG. COOKED HAM, CHOPPED
- 1/2 CUP PICKLE RELISH
- 1/2 CUP SWEET PICKLE JUICE
- 1 CUP MAYONAISE
- 3 EGGS, BOILED
- 6 SLICES COOKED BACON
Instructions
- PREPARE MIXTURE OF BELL PEPPER, TOMATOES, ONION, HAM, PICKLE RELISH, JUICE AND MAYONAISE.
- CRUMBLE CORNBREAD
- ALTERNATE LAYERS OF CORN BREAD AND LAYERS OF MIXTURE.
- CRUMBLE BACON ON TOP OF THE LAST LAYER AND TOP WITH THE BOILED EGGS.
- REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT THEN SERVE.
