    • 1 BOX JIFFY CORNBREAD MIX ,COOKED
    • 1 MED. BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED
    • 2 LARGE TOMATOES, CHOPPED
    • 1 LARGE ONION, CHOPPED
    • 1 PKG. COOKED HAM, CHOPPED
    • 1/2 CUP PICKLE RELISH
    • 1/2 CUP SWEET PICKLE JUICE
    • 1 CUP MAYONAISE
    • 3 EGGS, BOILED
    • 6 SLICES COOKED BACON


    Instructions


    1. PREPARE MIXTURE OF BELL PEPPER, TOMATOES, ONION, HAM, PICKLE RELISH, JUICE AND MAYONAISE.
    2. CRUMBLE CORNBREAD
    3. ALTERNATE LAYERS OF CORN BREAD AND LAYERS OF MIXTURE.
    4. CRUMBLE BACON ON TOP OF THE LAST LAYER AND TOP WITH THE BOILED EGGS.
    5. REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT THEN SERVE.
