    • 2 CUPS SLICED COOKED POTATOES
    • 1 CAN CORNED BEEF,CUBED
    • 3 HARDBOILED EGGS, SLICED
    • 1/2 CUP DICED, COOKED CARROTS
    • 1/4 CUP DICED GREEN PEPPER
    • 2 TABLESPOONS MINCED ONIONS
    • 2 TABLESPOONS, CHOPPED PIMIENTO
    • 1/2 CUP MAYONAISE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS VINEGAR
    • 1 TABLESPOON PREPARED MUSTARD
    • 1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
    • LETTUCE (OPTIONAL)


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS, MIXING WELL. COMBINE THE MAYONAISE, VINEGAR, MUSTRED, AND PEPPER; ADD TO POTATO MIXTURE, AND TOSS GENTLY. SERVE ON LETTUCE, IF DESIRED.
