    • 3 TABLESPOONS SALT
    • 1 1/2 GALLONS WATER
    • 2 LBS. KEILBASA OR SMOKED SAUSAGE
    • 12 EARS OF SHUCKED CORN, BROKEN INTO 3 OR 4 INCH PEICES
    • 4 LBS. SHRIMP IN SHELLS


    Instructions


    1. IN A LARGE STOCK POT ADD THE SEASONINGS TO THE WATER AND BRING TO A BOIL.
    2. ADD THE SAUSAGE AND BOIL, UNCOVERED FOR 5 MINUTES.
    3. ADD THE CORN AND COUNT 5 MINUTES (DON'T WAIT UNTIL WATER IS BOILING]
    4. ADD THE SHRIMP AND COUNT 3 MINUTES. DRAIN IMMEDIATLEY
