    • 1 LARGE CAN CREAMED CORN
    • 1 CUP MILK
    • 2 LARGE EGGS
    • 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
    • 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
    • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
    • 1 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
    • 1 PINCH NUTMEG


    Instructions


    1. MIX FLOUR AND SUGAR TOGETHER IN A MIXING BOWL
    2. STIR IN MILK AND MIX THOROUGHLY
    3. LIGHTLY BEAT EGGS IN SEPARATE BOWL, THEN ADD TO FLOUR MIXTURE.
    4. ADD CORN, BUTTER, SALT, AND PEPPER
    5. POUR INTO A BUTTERED 1 QT. BAKING DISH
    6. SPRINKLE NUTMEG ACROSS THE TOP
    7. PLACE THIS BAKING DISH INSIDE A LARGER PAN CONTAINING HOT WATER.
    8. BAKE AT 300 DEGREES FOR 1 1/2 HOURS.
