    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    2 Cups Sugar
    3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
    1/2 Cup Margarine
    1/2 Cup Milk
    1 Dash Salt
    3 Cups Quick-Cooking Oats
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla
    1/2 Cup Walnuts -- Chopped

    Place sugar, cocoa, margarine, milk, and salt in a 3 qt. or larger pan. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add oats, vanila, and nuts.

    Beat as for fudge. Drop by teaspoonsful onto GREASED wax paper. Chill in refigerator until set and cold. Remove to covered storage container and keep in refrigerator until serving time. GREAT for chocoholics.
