    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 8 oz wide egg noodles -- uncooked
    2 c sour cream
    1/2 c parmesan cheese -- grated
    1 tbsp chives -- snipped
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 large clove garlic -- crushed
    2 tbsp butter

    Cook pasta. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup of the cheese, the chives, salt, pepper, and garlic.

    Stir the margarine into the hot noodles; stir in sour cream mixture. Arrange on warm platter, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
