    Cheese: Cheese Balls

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup American cheese, grated
    2 teaspoons flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 whites of egg
    1/2 cup bread crumbs

    Recipe

    Mix grated cheese with flour and salt. Beat stiff the whites
    of egg. Mix with the other ingredients, and roll in the bread
    crumbs, using 1 tablespoon for each ball. Fry in deep fat.
