    Seafood: Clam Cheese Dunk

    List of Ingredients

    3 packages cream cheese -- (8-ounce) softened
    1 can clams -- (10-ounce) chopped
    2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
    1 clove garlic -- minced
    3 teaspoons onion -- minced
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Recipe

    Mash cheese. Drain clams; save juice. Add clams, Tabasco, garlic, onion and lemon juice to cheese; add enough clam juice for dunking consistency. Serve with chips.

    Yields 2 to 2 1/2 cups.
