    1 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup fresh raspberries -- see directions
    4 large lemons

    Recipe



    ***Can use fresh or frozen raspberries, strawberries or cranberries in
    recipe.

    Combine water, sugar and raspberries in 4-cup glass measuring cup.
    Peel large strip of yellow peel (avoid the bitter white part) from 2
    lemons. Add to water.

    Microwave on high, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture boils,
    stirring once. Cool.

    Strain raspberry mixture to remove seeds and peel. Squeeze juice from
    lemons. Stir into sugar mixture. Place in a covered 1-quart jar and
    store in refrigerator for up to 1 month.

    To use, add 1/4 cup concentrate to an ice-filled glass. Add water to
    fill glass.

    Makes about 3 cups of concentrate.
