2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
3 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 tea bags
2 cups apricot nectar
1/3 cup undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate
1 quart water
8 ounces white grape juice
8 fresh orange slices
8 fresh strawberries, washed with stems intact
Recipe
In a small saucepan, combine the first five ingredients, stirring well. Simmer for five minutes, then steep for fifteen minutes. Strainn this into a glass container and add the apricot nectarand orange juice concentrate. Mix together and let cool. Pour the tea over ice in a glass ( divide evenly among 8 glasses) , then add water to each glass. Add on ounce grape juice to each glass and a splash of orange juice concentrate to each glass. Garnish each glass with stramberry and orange slice. Serve chilled.
