    Cream Cheese Biscuits

    6 ounces cream cheese
    1/2 pound unsalted butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups flour


    Recipe

    Combine cream cheese and butter in a mixer bowl. Beat until well
    blended. Add salt and flour; mix well. Roll out to a thickness of
    1/4-inch. Cut into 2-inch rounds. Place on a buttered baking sheet. Bake at 3750
    for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
