    Breakfast Bread: Cinnamon Swirl Bread

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tablespoons butter
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 1/2 cups Flour
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons FLEISCHMANN's Bread Machine Yeast
    Cinnamon Filling:
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 tablespoon butter, softened


    Recipe

    Add milk, sour cream, egg, butter, vanilla, salt, flour, sugar and yeast to
    bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough/manual
    cycle. While dough is mixing, prepare cinnamon filling. Combine sugar,
    cinnamon and nutmeg in small bowl; stir to blend. Set butter out to
    soften.When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine to a lightly floured
    surface. If necessary, knead in enough additional flour to make dough easy to
    handle. Roll dough into a 14x7-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter on
    dough; sprinkle cinnamon filling on top. Beginning from the short end of the
    dough, roll up tightly as for a jelly roll. Pinch seam and ends to seal.
    Place, seam-side down, in greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cover; let rise in warm,
    draft-free place about 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated
    375-degree oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until done. Remove from pan; let cool on
    wire rack. If desired, brush top of loaf with additional butter while hot;
    sprinkle with additional cinnamon and sugar.
