    Bread: Sourdough Bread

    1 1/2 t. active dry yeast
    2 2/3 c. bread flour
    1 1/2 T. sugar
    1 1/2 t. salt
    1 c. sourdough starter
    3/4 c. water

    Recipe

    Use basic cycle.

    Notes about this recipe: Bread machine cycles are too short to depend upon sourdough only to leaven the bread.
