    Cottage Cheese Pancakes or Waffles

    Bisquick Like and Other Mixes

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk

    Recipe



    Put all ingredients into blender. Cover. Blend on high speed for 1 minute. Bake on greased griddle using 1/4 cup
    batter for each pancake. Makes 20 (4 inch) pancakes. Excellent for
    waffles. May bake and freeze and reheat in toaster.
