    2 1/2 cups flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    3 eggs, separated
    1 3/4 cups milk
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    3/4 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Beat all ingredients togther except egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter right before baking in waffle iron.
