List of Ingredients




2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 2/3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar -- sifted


Recipe



Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Cool.
Thoroughly cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Beat in
chocolate.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Blend into creamed mixture alternately with milk. Add nuts.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheet.
Form dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in confectioners' sugar.
Arrange 2 to 3 inches apart on prepared sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until done. Cool slightly. Remove to paper
towels to
cool completely.
Store in airtight container.
