    4 to 6 pork chops
    2-1/2 cups potatoes, peeled &sliced
    1 cup carrots, sliced
    1/2 teaspoon rosemary
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    Salt &pepper
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted.
    1/3 cup milk
    1 can (4oz) mushrooms

    Place the pork chops in crock-pot, cook, covered, on High for 1-1/2
    hours. Remove chops. Place potatoes and carrots in the bottom of
    crock pot and lay pork chops on top. Sprinkle the seasoning on the
    pork chops. In a bowl combine the soup, milk, and mushrooms. Mix
    well and pour over chops. Cook, covered, 4 to 6 hours on Low.
