    List of Ingredients




    500g blade steak (cubed) - I use whatever is in the freezer!
    1 tblspn flour
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 large potato cubed
    1 large onion sliced
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    2 bay leaves
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 can tomato soup
    1/2 cup beef stock (1 stock cube in 1/2 cup water)

    Recipe



    Toss meat in flour and brown in frypan.

    Place vegetables in cp (root vegetables first), then place meat on top. Mix garlic, tomato soup and beef stock together then pour over meat and vegies.

    Cook on low for 8-9 hours or high 5-4 hours, or whatever is appropriate for your cp. Don't forget to remove the bay leaves when finished.
