    1 whole roasting chicken
    1 lemon
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. honey
    salt and pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    Pierce lemon several times with fork, and place inside chicken
    cavity.

    Arrange chicken in crockpot.

    Combine orange juice and honey, then pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover, and cook on low for 7-8 hrs.,
    or until tender.

    Remove lemon from chicken, squeeze over all, and serve chicken.
