Meatball and Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 bunch green onions garlic herb seasoning to taste
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2 Tbls. evaporated milk
1 pkg. cheese scalloped potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water seasoned salt and pepper
Recipe
Mix the first 7 ingredients together well and form into 1 inch
meatballs.
Place the potatoes in the slow cooker, then the meatballs. Mix the
potato seasoning packet with the soup and water,salt and pepper;pour
over meatballs and potato slices. Cover and cook on low for 5 1/2-7
hours. You can add thawed frozen vegetables for the last hour,if you
want to make a complete meal.
