    10 Min German Sweet Chocolate Cream Pie

    1 (4-ounce) package Baker's German's Sweet Chocolate
    1/3 cup milk, divided
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
    3 1/2 cups or 1 (8-ounce) container frozen Cool Whip Non-Dairy Topping,
    thawed
    1 (8-inch) graham cracker crumb crust

    Recipe



    In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons
    milk, stirring constantly.

    In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the sugar into the cream
    cheese. Add the remaining milk and the chocolate mixture; beat until
    smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.

    Spoon the mixture evenly into the crust. Freeze the pie at least 4 hours,
    or until firm. Makes 8 servings.

    Per serving: 290 calories, 53 percent calories from fat, 17 grams total
    fat, 12 grams cholesterol, 10 grams saturated fat, 2 grams proteins, 29
    grams carbohydrates, 1 gram fiber, 148 milligrams sodium.

    Chocolate Mint Variation: Add 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract to the
    chocolate mixture.
