Lemon Ice Box Pie

Graham crust (I use chocolate graham)
Mix together: 1 can eagle brand milk (sweetened condensed milk - I have used
the reduced fat with great results)
small can crushed pineapple, drained
6 oz frozen orange juice
8 oz container of cool whip, softened (I use the light or fat free)
Pour into crust and refrigerate. I usually try to make it the night before
and refrigerate. I also put shaved chocolate on top, or top with marischino
cherries for a little color. This is really a tasty pie and has been my
favorite my whole life.
I've also varied it- used larger cans of pineapple, for example. I've made
two pies with it, too, so you may want to buy two crusts just in case this
makes more.
