Sour Cream Apple Pie

2 cups sour cream
1-1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs, beaten slightly
4 cups apples, diced
2 unbaked pie crusts


Recipe



Mix sour cream with sugar. Mix together flour and salt. Add vanilla. Beat in
eggs and add to sour cream mixture. Add apples and pour into the pie shells.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
Topping
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
6 tablespoons butter, softened
Mix together until crumbly. Cover pies with topping and bake an additional
20 minutes. Cool and serve.
