    2 tb Margarine
    1 med Onion - chopped
    1/2 med Green Pepper - chopped
    1/2 c Celery - chopped
    2 tb Flour
    2 ts Camping Seasoning Mix (See Recipe)
    2 cans Chunky Tuna
    1 1/2 c Kernel Corn

    Recipe



    Melt margarine in skillet and lightly fry onion, pepper and celery until
    tender crisp. Add flour and blend in. Add other ingredients and heat
    through. Serve with rice and grated Parmesan/Romano.
