    3 cups crushed berries
    5 1/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup water 1 package fruit pectin

    Recipe



    Wash and rinse 6 small jars. Wash, drain and crush the
    fruit one layer at a time. Measure out 3 cups of fruit
    into a large bowl. Add the sugar and mix well. Let
    stand 10 minutes. In a small saucepan, gradually whisk
    the Fruit Pectin into the water. Stirring frequently,
    bring to a full boil over medium-high heat; boil hard
    1 minute. Gradually add the pectin to the fruit
    mixture and stir 3 minutes. Ladle into the jars,
    leaving 1/2 inch headroom. Remove air bubbles using a
    nonmetallic utensil. Apply the lids tightly. Let stand
    in the fridge until set (up to 24 hours). Freeze the
    jam. They may be frozen for up to one year or in the
    refrigerator for 3 weeks.
