    1 Quart strawberries -- slightly
    3 cups Sugar
    1 tablespoon Lemon juice

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in 3-quart saucepan; let stand 15 minutes. Heat to
    boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar is dissolved. Boil about
    30 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture begins to thicken. Skim off
    foam quickly. Immediately pour mixture into hot, sterilized jars, leaving
    1/4-inch headspace. Wipe rims of jars; seal. Cool on rack 1 hour. Store in
    refrigerator up to 2 months. ABOUT 4 HALF-PINT JAM Microwave Directions: Mix all
    ingredients in 3-quart microwavable casserole; let stand 15 minutes. Cover
    tightly and microwave on high 8 minutes; stir. Microwave uncovered 9 to 11
    minutes, stirring after 4 minutes, until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
    Continue as directed.
