15 Minute Chicken and Rice

1 tablespoon oil
4 small boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1 1/2 cups water
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups broccoli florets -- fresh or thawed
1 1/2 cups instant rice
Recipe
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on med-high heat. Add chicken. Cover.
Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from
skillet. Add water, soup and seasonings; stir. Bring to a boil. Stir in
rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
