    Cheesy Broccoli Bake

    1 - 10oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
    1 cup leftover turkey or chicken
    1 cup minute rice
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup bread
    crumbs
    2 T. margarine

    Recipe



    Cook broccoli til barely tender. Drain. Stir soup & sour
    cream together. Combine with broccoli, cut up turkey or chicken, and rice.
    Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Dot with
    margarine. .Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.
