    1/2 cup sliced celery
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
    1 cup milk
    1-1/2 cups chopped OSCAR MAYER Cooked Ham
    1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 cups (4 oz.) spinach noodles, cooked, drained

    Recipe



    COOK and stir vegetables in butter in large skillet on medium heat until
    tender-crisp. Add cream cheese and milk; cook on low heat until cream cheese
    is
    melted, stirring frequently.

    ADD ham, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese and salt; mix well. Mix sauce and
    noodles; spoon into 1-1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup
    Parmesan
    cheese.

    BAKE at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

    Great Substitute: Substitute egg noodles for spinach noodles.
