Noodle and Ham Casserole

4 1/2 cups wide egg noodles
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups ham, cooked and chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs

Recipe



Heat oven to 350°. Grease 1-qt. baking dish. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter. Add onion; cook, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. In large bowl, stir together eggs and sour cream. Stir in onion mixture, ham, and pepper. Stir in hot pasta; pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top; cover. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
