    5 egg yolks

    2/3 cup sugar

    grated zest and juice from 1 lemon

    good 3/4 cup whipping cream

    Beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. Stir in lemon zest and juice to
    taste. Beat the cream, fold it into the batter and pour in a baking pan.
    Cover well and put in the freezer to the next day. About 15 minutes before
    serving, take it out and put it in the fridge. Dip the pan in hot water and
    unmold on a serving plate.



    Serve with fresh berries or compote of some kind.
