    5 oz. evaporated milk
    8 oz. Velveeta, cubed
    3/4 C cubed ham
    1/2 C frozen peas
    2 Tbsp butter or margarine
    10 eggs, beaten
    1 12 oz. tube buttermilk biscuits

    Recipe



    In a saucepan, combine milk and cheese. Cook over low heat
    until smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in ham and peas. Melt
    butter in large skillet; add eggs. Cook over medium heat until
    set. Add cheese and stir gently. Spoon into an ungreased
    shallow 2 quart baking dish. Separate the buscuits and cut each
    in half so that you have half circles. Place with cut side down
    around the outer edge of dish. (With the pan I use I can circle
    the biscuits around twice.) Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for
    15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden. (4-6 servings)

    Make this the night before serving. I have made my own biscuits
    and used those instead of buying them, but for this recipe I
    usually just buy the tube.
