    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup lowfat or regular mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons all purpose flour
    1/2 cup milk
    2 eggs
    2 cups cubed leftover lean ham
    1 cup chopped broccoli, lightly cooked til just tender
    1/3 cup green onion, chopped (ends trimmed)
    2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
    1 (9-inch) deep dish unbaked pastry crust
    1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350°F. Whisk mayonnaise and flour together in
    a bowl. Add the milk and eggs, whisking together until mixture
    is smooth. Add the ham, broccoli, green onion and cheese.
    Pour mixture into crust. Sprinkle with the parsley. Bake at 350°F.
    for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
