    1/2 cup ham, chopped
    1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup butter
    3 Tablespoon onion, chopped
    1 can cheese soup
    8 eggs, slightly beaten

    Recipe



    Put butter in a skillet and add chopped ham, green pepper and onion.
    Saute until vegetables are soft. Stir the soup until it is smooth and
    blend into the beaten eggs. Pour into skillet and mix through the
    meat mixture. Cook until set, running spatula through to turn as you
    do for scrambled eggs. Serve with toast or hash brown potatoes.
