    Good 3/4 cup whipping cream
    1 tbs French-type, light colored mustard
    2 tsp cornstarch
    scant 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
    1 lb un-peeled shrimp
    good 1/3 cup grated cheese with a
    strong, rich taste

    Recipe



    Beat the cream and add mustard, cornstarch and chives. Peel the shrimp and
    fold them into the cream mixture. Put this in a small, oven-proof dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 435F for about 10 minutes. Serve with bread
    and a tossed salad.
