    List of Ingredients




    2 7 oz. packages flaked tuna in water
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    2 tbsps each chopped onion, celery, and red bell pepper
    2 eggs, beaten

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well. In heated oil in nonstick pan, drop large
    spoonfuls of tuna mix. Pat flat very gently. Cook until bottom is
    browned, then carefully flip. Serve on toasted buns with tartar
    sauce or Thousand Island dressing.
