    1 lg 9.25 oz can tuna, drained
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 can chicken soup
    1.5 c. Master Mix (under homemade mixes)
    1/3 c. dry milk
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 425.
    Lightly grease a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
    Combine tuna, peas and chicken soup and pour into casserole dish.
    In a small bowl, combine Master Mix and liquid (milk or water) *How much? I don't know. It doesn't
    say.* Stir until blended.
    On a lightly floured surface, knead dough gently 10 times.
    Roll out to a 6" x 10" rectangle about 1/4" thick.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and roll like a jelly roll.
    Seal edges.
    Cut into 1/2" thick slices.
    Place slices on top of casserole.
    Bake at 435 for 15-20 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
