2 cups shortening
1/2 cup nondairy creamer
1 tsp almond extract
1 32 ounce package confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup water, (1/2-3/4)
Food coloring, optional
Recipe
1 In a mixing bowl, beat the shortening, creamer and extract. Gradually beat in sugar. Add enough water until frosting reaches desired consistency. If desired, add food coloring. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months. Bring to room temperature before spreading.
