    2 egg yolks
    1/3 cup sweet milk
    1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
    1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, grated

    Recipe



    Beat egg yolks until thick. Add milk and sugar and blend thoroughly. Bring slowly to boiling point, add grated chocolate and boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and beat until thick enough to spread.
