    1 cup sifted powdered sugar
    2 Tbs softened butter
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 Tbs milk, plus more

    1 Beat 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons softened butter and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract in small bowl on medium speed of mixer until blended. Gradually add 1 tablespoon milk, beating well. Add additional milk, 1/4 teaspoon at a time, until of desired consistency. Makes about 1/3 cup.
