    3 oz unsweetened chocolate
    7 oz semisweet chocolate
    3 oz corn syrup
    1/2 c hot water

    Recipe



    Combine chocolate, place over water bath,
    stir until melted.

    Whisk in syrup and water, incorporating well.

    Serve warm.
