    12 oz semisweet chocolate morsels
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
    4 Tbs milk, up to 5

    Recipe



    1 Place chocolate in top of double boiler; bring water to boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Cool. Combine chocolate and sour cream. Add sugar alternately with milk, beating at medium speed of mixer until smooth.
    2 Makes 2 1/3 cups
